Net Profit of 2009 decreased to Rp 150,356 million; this was because sales of 2009 only amounted to Rp 2,892,459 million, a decline of 15.5% compared to that of 2008 which reached a figure of Rp 3,421,191 million. Decrease against the net sales was triggered by decline in volume of processed production which was in general lower that that of the previous year, not to mention the decline in prices of world’s processed rubber and oil palm which was lower that that of the previous year.
