BANDAR LAMPUNG - Evaluasi menyeluruh dan berkelanjutan dilakukan PTPN VII untuk memacu kinerja perusahaan. Dengan menggandeng Lembaga Pendidikan Perkebunan (LPP) Yogyakarta, perusahaan melakukan analisis beban kerja di seluruh level jabatan. Proses awal kajian ini dibuka oleh Direktur Komersil Achmad Sudarto bersama dengan Direktur Operasional Husairi dan dihadiri seluruh General Manager, Kepala Bagian, Manajer Unit dan Kepala Kantor Perwakilan.
